Contact
The fastest way to reach us is email:support@builtag.com. We're a small team, so we can't promise same-day replies, but we do read everything — usually within two or three business days.
What we respond to
- Corrections. If we got a fact, price, or behavior wrong, tell us. We fix errors inline with a note — see theeditorial policy for how that works.
- Questions about workflows we've written about. If you're stuck on a step in one of our tutorials, email us the details and we'll help if we can.
- Story tips. Found a tool quietly changing its pricing, an API deprecation that's going to break a lot of automations, or a failure mode nobody documents? We want to know.
- Feedback on verdicts. Disagree that n8n beats Make for your use case? Make the case — if you convince us, we'll update the article.
What we don't respond to
- Guest post pitches. We write everything in-house. Generic outreach templates and AI-generated submissions are deleted unread.
- Link swaps and sponsored-post requests. No.
- Press releases. If your launch genuinely matters to our readers, a short personal note works better than a blast.
- Vendor PR asking us to change a verdict. If our testing found your webhook step drops payloads silently, the fix is to patch the webhook step, not to email us. See the editorial policy.
Before you email: the FAQ
A few questions land in our inbox every week. Quick answers to save you the wait:
- "Which tool should I pick for my business?" — If you can't tell us your run volume, budget, and what breaks if an automation fails at 2am, we can't usefully answer. Start with our tool comparison articles, then email us with those three numbers and we'll give you an honest opinion.
- "Can you build this automation for us?" — We can't take on consulting work through this site, but if your question is interesting enough it may become a tutorial, which helps you and everyone else at once.
- "Do you accept advertising?" — Display ads are served through Google AdSense; we don't sell placements directly and we don't run sponsored content without labeling it.
A note on scope
We cover automation tools and AI agents for people who don't write code. We're not the right inbox for questions about your specific SaaS account, billing issues with any of the tools we cover (their support teams will be faster), or custom automation consulting — though if enough people ask for the same thing, it probably becomes an article.
Advertising
Advertising on BuiltAG is served through Google AdSense. We don't sell ad space directly and we don't accept sponsored content that we don't mark as sponsored — see the editorial policy.
